Based on human resources, technical cooperation is a means of sharing and solidarity between populations. In this respect, Tunisia continues to work for the promotion of technical cooperation, which is based on partnership relations with a number of Countries, mainly Arab and African Countries, who want to collaborate with qualified Tunisians workers. To this end, the Tunisian Agency for Technical Cooperation - ATCT, was created in 1972 by Law No. 72-35. For more than 47 years, ATCT has successfully placed more than 45,000 experts in various fields and Countries and continues to work towards this end.
